How can I track my order?

How long does shipping take?

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or high demand periods.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original product and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Please note that certain items such as personal care products, custom items, perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
