All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

After production is completed, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, customs inspections, carrier delays, and weather conditions may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotions when stated on the product page or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your shipment through our Track Your Order page.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant photographs when applicable.

We will review the issue with our production and shipping partners and help determine the appropriate next step.

International orders, including some shipments to Canada, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they were collected during checkout.
